Functional Capacity Assessments
A combination of formal assessment and clinical observation of a person's ability to complete meaningful tasks at home and the community. Functional Capacity Assessments inform recommendations for ongoing therapy supports and care needs. A comprehensive report is provided with assessment findings and recommendations for support.

If you are a participant of the NDIS, services can be provided if your plan funds are either
