What does an OT do?

Occupational Therapists identify strengths within individuals to overcome challenges and improve quality of life through engagement in meaningful activities. With a holistic approach, OT's are guided by information gathered from individual interviews, assessments, collaboration with supports and your living environments to support you to achieve your own personal goals and live a meaningful life.
